Company
JSR Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd., as is called today (hitherto, Vaibhav
Infrastructure), has, in a short period of time, proved its credentials and
capabilities in the state of Tamil Nadu for its high quality work and timely
completion of projects to the complete satisfaction of its clients.
Essentially, JSR IDPL is into civil engineering construction and
Infrastructure-related business, as a CLASS - I Contractor for the various
construction jobs handled by Public Works(PWD) & Highways Departments of Govt. of
Tamil Nadu. The Company specialises in carrying out all infrastructure works
individually and/or as Joint venture (JV) partner, as per needs. We execute varied
assignments like laying of new roads, widening/expansion of existing highways,
irrigation works, desalination of serving dams, restoration of old dams, river bed
desalination jobs, river management works, construction of drainages, bridges &
flyovers, water supply & sewerage and ancillary works.
History
A nationalistic pride and inner satisfaction fills our hearts, much as every patriotic Indian, as we do our mite in the process of developing the Indian nation through our business initiatives in the area of infrastructure development. To conceptualise, develop and nurture a credible and mighty infrastructure business entity started over four years ago by a young team of energetic entrepreneurs and passionate dreamers from diverse fields. The dream journey then began with creation of a small Infrastructure firm, supported by a dynamic team of visionary investors, full-time management specialists, network of Consultants, Advisors and experienced professionals comprising of civil engineering experts, architects, field surveyors, site engineers & workers, with:
- Decades of rich and varied experience behind them in infrastructure development, construction, irrigation, real estate, etc.,
- Wide exposure of handling several Government Projects and contracts.

The visionary brain and driving force behind the fast-paced growth of JSR Infra
Developers Pvt. Ltd is Mr. J. SEKAR, an energetic, new generation entrepreneur who
has been able to achieve great success in establishing, building and developing a
flourishing business in the field of real estate, media, infrastructure, mining &
trading, with his far-sighted approach, intuitive planning and quick action,
complimented with zeal and steely determination. SRS Mining is a very successful
entity and a unique business model under his dynamic leadership and able guidance.
He is also presently holding the prestigious position of Trust Board Member at
Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). He has successfully established sound business
alliances and impressive networking with government and non-government agencies,
service providers, working professionals and decision makers. His uncanny ability to
sense and visualise opportunities, seize and convert them as viable and growing
businesses has been the hallmark of this emerging infrastructure group
company.
JSR IDPL, has its roots from a partnership firm which was started in the year 2009.
Since early 1990s, when India opened up with globalisation and economic reforms,
there have been wholesome developmental changes in all sectors of business and
governance. Sensing the emerging opportunities in the country, especially in the
infrastructure sector, two partners, in life and business, Mr. J.Sekar and Ms.
Jayasree started a firm in the name of Vaibhav Infrastructure. Though both were new
to the field of infra-business, they quickly understood the nuances of the local
industry, piloted their firm and investments with foresight and better understanding
of market conditions and industry expectations. Mr. Sekar has been quickly able to
establish himself in the industry as a big business player and has been astutely
leading the Company with dynamism in its evolution and speedy growth.
S JAYASREE
DIRECTORMrs. S. Jayasree forayed into family business in the year 2001 with keen interest and earnestness to succeed; she formally joined the company as its Director. She actively participated in this key portfolio in arriving at important decisions from the initial years of the company. She has been playing a very crucial role in shaping the company’s overall business strategy and has greatly contributed to the current positioning of the company in the industry. She has been leading the various developmental initiatives and their effective implementation in the ongoing projects of the Group.
